The Victory Lap was created with the mission of bettering the current status of extended foster care. As of now, the statistics for those who age out of foster care are poor with many ending up unemployed, homeless or in poverty.  With a holistic and caring approach The Victory Lap is leveraging the kindness of seniors and the opportunities found in senior care facilities.
